Aprils AOPA Pilot (page 56) mentions a web site that list MOA's, training routes, special use airspace, military bases and much more. This could be very helpful when planning a VFR flight in the area. Don't assume that they can see you by eye sight or radar. Slow moving aircraft don't show up on military planes. Like wise, its very hard for us to see them.
