Schweiss Promotion!

Steve Sanderson managed to con some shirts, a jacket and hats from Schweiss Door Company. He handed them out at the K-Club this past Monday to Schweiss door owners. If you're a Schweiss door owner, see Steve he might have a shirt or hat left.

O.K. time to call

Update: Fired off e-mail to Hydroswing about Schweiss giving shirts, hats and jackets to Schweiss owners. Got a call today from Hydroswing saying that they will not be out done. They are sending goodies to all Hydroswing owners at Whiteplains.

Let It Snow!

Today (1-20-2009) was a snow day at Whiteplains. While it is not uncommon to get snow from time to time, today's snow was a good inch. While it didn't last, I was able to get a few shots around Whiteplains before it melted. Enjoy.

PILOTS N PAWS

Leslie Benton wanted to share with the pilots at Whiteplains information on an orginization that has a mission of pilots saving dogs from euthuanization. Below are two links that tell the story about this effort to rescue dogs of all types and sizes.

Whiteplains Annual Meeting 1/20/09

Our annual meeting this year will be hosted in Jeff and Ann Cargile's hangar. Hudsons Barbecue will be the caterer. Menu includes pulled pork, chicken, 3 sides and iced tea. Cost is $9.00 per person. If you plan on attending, please see Jack Fastnaught before the 20th to get on the list.
