(Whiteplains Plantation Announcement.) __ Sometime yesterday a vehicle hit the brick keypad pedestal at the Phase I entrance and caused quite a bit of damage. It appears the pedestal was hit while someone was exiting the neighborhood. As of today we do not know who the responsible party is.
