Hear Ye. Hear Ye. Let all that have ears, hear!
As Steve Sanderson announced in an earlier broadcast email, this Saturday is going to be a busy day around the Whiteplains neighborhood.
Please come out and enjoy the neighborhood, neighbors, some work, fun and lunch. There is a rumor there may even be a UFO landing during the day.
Many of you know that Mary Anne Chaplin is leaving the neighborhood headed for new home better suited for her lifestyle. We will be honoring Mary Anne this Saturday during our lunch break. Please take a moment to wish Mary Anne all the best as we give her a warm Whiteplains "good bye."
Please be sure and purchase a ticket for the "Q" prepared by the Gilbert Fire Department. Remember to specify "Yard Bird" (Chicken) or Pork when you purchase your tickets. It has become a tradition within Whiteplains to support our local Gilbert Fire Department. We have a close relationship with these first responders and in the past the money they raised has helped purchase a foam truck along with other needed items. They do a great job and they have been quick to respond to our fire department needs here in Whiteplains.
See you around the Plantation Saturday.
