RIP Jim Causey 11/24/2017
A longtime resident of Whiteplains Plantation and a good friend Jim Causey passed away on 11/24/2017. No word yet on arrangements for his funeral.
Gazebo work completed
Thanks to Ken Plesser that lead the effort to clean up and replace the furniture in the Gazebo, replace the screen and general clean up. Many people helped not only by pitching in but also donating money for the furniture. It looks great!

Description:Topic: Engine Maintenance and Performance Monitoring On Monday November 20, 2017 at 18:30 Eastern Standard Time Location: Eagle Aviation 2861 Aviation Way West Columbia, SC 29170 This event will discuss the benefits of working with a mechanic to ensure aircraft engines are properly maintained as well as techniques that can extend engine life. In addition, flight monitoring programs and technology will also be discussed. After the presentation, a Designated Pilot Examiner will be available to provide insight into practical tests as well as answer any test related questions.
